• We understand and support Client requirements for manpower with specific skills and for defined tenure. Under Project-based Staffing, Welvaart Business Solutions Pvt Ltd offers manpower in a similar model as Temporary Staffing but the period range could be three to six months and with extensions for similar tenure basis project requirements. This may also include seasonal requirements of the Client process.
• The process includes sourcing of candidates, onboarding, managing lifecycle, employee retention initiatives, payroll, compliances, and correspondences as applicable. The entire process is managed through our digital platform which offers real time information access and digital record keeping for multiple years across projects along with employee track records across multiple projects.
